1st Year Anniversary

WooHoo! We made it a year! Our first year anniversary was this past Saturday (August 1st). We wish we had money so we could have gone on a trip to Alaska, but instead we just stayed in town. :) Ka'ihe surprised me with some flowers when I woke up that brought an immediate smile to my face. It was so nice spending the day together. The tradition of eating the top tier on our first anniversary was a little difficult since we got married in Hawaii. So Ka'ihes family helped us celebrate by eating it for us. We were actually pretty glad we didn't have to eat it, because they told us that it tasted a year old.
